- Based on our experience, crafting an individualized weekly training plan for 10 clients takes between 1 to 1.5 days. Anything less and it’s hard to deliver truly personalized plans. It involves analyzing heart rate, pace, and distance data, understanding each runner’s well-being, identifying critical deviations, figuring out the reasons, and designing the next training set accordingly.
