3. Now get on your smart trainer and you can start! Haven’t selected one yet? Use our recommendations and choose what suits you best.
4. Open Zwift on your computer screen, or better yet, display the image on the big TV screen. And you are in the exciting virtual world of cycling.
5. Upload your customised training workout from your OMY! Sports plan into Zwift, choose a suitable world (Watopia, New York, Innsbruck, Makouri Islands, etc.) and push the pedals!
Not to forget, you can always ride with friends (meet-ups), take part in training sessions with celebrities or participate in competitions. It is like in Mallorca or Tenerife. Hot and diverse, but at home, in front of your TV and not far from Christmas goose 🥂
