Triathlon isn’t just a new challenge for your endurance; it’s also a fascinating milestone for our AI algorithms as they tackle the complexities of three disciplines in one program.

What’s New?

Triathlon combines swimming, cycling, and running. Over 2023 and 2024, we’ve received numerous requests for triathlon training plans. Previously, it was possible to train for triathlons by manually syncing running and cycling plans. We knew this wasn’t the most convenient solution, so we’ve created a comprehensive triathlon feature. And now, it’s here!
In the new version, you’ll find:
  • Training sessions for swimming, cycling, and running. Many of you are already familiar with our running and cycling plans, but swimming brings a brand-new experience with its unique structure and tasks.
  • Balanced workload. All workouts are synchronized to help you develop each discipline, combine them seamlessly, and ensure the training load is manageable, tailored to your individual goals and abilities.
  • Brick workouts. These paired sessions combine cycling and running within a single workout. They are often the most energy-intensive sessions, so we’ve carefully incorporated them into your training plan to ensure a smooth and effective experience.

The beta version is available to all OMY! Sports users at no additional cost. Current Premium prices remain unchanged.
We’ll continue rolling out new features for triathlon training, just as we’ve done for running plans. In the future, a separate price for Triathlon Premium will be introduced. If triathlon training interests you, now is the best time to take advantage of longer Premium subscriptions.
