We’ve added a new feature — “Request Recovery Week” — that allows you to instantly convert your current training week into a recovery week in the calendar.
Whether you're feeling tired, just finished an unplanned race, caught a cold, or simply need to take it easy — this tool helps you quickly adjust your training plan.

âś… How it works:

  1. Tap on any day of the current week.
  2. Press the “+” button in the bottom right corner.
  3. Select “Request Recovery Week”.
  4. Confirm your choice and press OK.
  5. Don’t forget to pull down the calendar to refresh and apply changes.
