Whether you're feeling tired, just finished an unplanned race, caught a cold, or simply need to take it easy — this tool helps you quickly adjust your training plan.
✅ How it works:
- Tap on any day of the current week.
- Press the “+” button in the bottom right corner.
- Select “Request Recovery Week”.
- Confirm your choice and press OK.
- Don’t forget to pull down the calendar to refresh and apply changes.
