We’ve improved algorithms of plan and workouts generation. You can now set your goal race, add it to your calendar, and start preparation:
🏊♂️🚴♂️🏃♂️ Sprint (750 m — 20 km — 5 km)
🏊♂️🚴♂️🏃♂️ Olympic (1.5 km — 40 km — 10 km)
🏊♂️🚴♂️🏃♂️ Half Ironman (1.9 km — 90 km — 21.1 km)
🏊♂️🚴♂️🏃♂️ Full Ironman (3.8 km — 180 km — 42.2 km)

📌 How to Get Started?
Switch to triathlon training in Settings → “Start Training Plan”. Answer the key questions, get your first workouts, then go to Update to fine-tune your plan.

📅 Recommended Preparation Time:
✅ Sprint & Olympic — 2 months before race day
✅ Half Ironman — 3–4 months before race day
✅ Full Ironman — 6 months before race day

💡 What’s Next?
We’ll add more features, improve usability, and move toward Alpha Triathlon. Meanwhile, we’ll guide you on season planning, integrating running races, and introducing duathlon (run-bike-run) and swim-run (swim-run-swim). All you need to do is train!
⚠️ Important!
When switching to triathlon, only triathlon workouts will remain. If you were previously following a running plan, those workouts will be hidden to prevent overload.
